Chris Noordyke is the General Manager & Chief Revenue Officer of Comtrade 360, where he oversees revenue growth, strategic and day-to-day operations. With a wealth of experience in leadership roles across various tech companies. Chris brings a dynamic and results-driven approach to his position.

Before joining Comtrade 360, Chris served as the Chief Revenue Officer at StorONE, where he was instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding the company's market presence. Prior to his tenure at StorONE, Chris led Business and Corporate Development for Diamanti, a pioneer in delivering an Enterprise Kubernetes Appliance, where he played a crucial role in scaling the business and enhancing its product offerings.

Chris also has a notable track record at Blue Medora, where he served as General Manager. Under his leadership, Blue Medora experienced significant growth and was successfully acquired by VMware, marking a key milestone in the company's history.

Srđan Atanasijević is a highly accomplished technology executive known for leading software engineering teams and driving digital technological innovation across diverse industries. Currently, he serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Comtrade 360. In this role, Srđan leverages his extensive technology expertise to bridge the gap between client needs and innovative software solutions, emphasizing Comtrade 360’s position at the forefront of technological advancements.

Srđan has a distinguished career in software engineering and delivery operations leadership. He has a proven track record of managing complex, large-scale projects across various industry sectors. He was the Director of Software Engineering and Delivery Operations at Comtrade Digital Services, where he successfully led a global team of over 1000 developers. The team delivered cutting-edge high-tech, mobility, hospitality, digital banking, education, the public sector, and artificial intelligence solutions. His strategic vision and ability to drive high-performance teams have consistently resulted in successful project outcomes and client satisfaction. He was also the Delivery Partner at Endava, where he managed high-stakes client engagements and ensured the effective delivery of IT solutions – allowing him to demonstrate his leadership skills and strategic thinking in a high-pressure environment. Srđan's previous leadership roles at Comtrade System Integration and Hermes SoftLab involved overseeing extensive software development initiatives and directing substantial engineering teams, further showcasing his capability in navigating the complexities of software delivery and team management.

Srđan has made significant academic contributions in the next generation of tech leaders showcasing his technological insight, he currently holds the position of Senior Lecturer at the University of Kragujevac and the Academy of Professional Studies Sumadija. In these roles, he teaches advanced courses in computer security, agile practices, and software testing. Srđan's academic qualifications include an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Belgrade, an MSc in Information Technologies from the Military Technical University in Zagreb and completing the General Management Program at IEDC Bled School of Management. These credentials demonstrate his deep understanding of the field.

Srđan is a recognized thought leader in the technology field, having over sixty scholarly articles on information security and software engineering. His extensive background in leading diverse software engineering teams and his unwavering commitment to technological innovation solidifies his reputation as a top-tier executive driving excellence in IT digital solutions.

As the Global Group CFO of Comtrade and COO - North America at Comtrade 360, Terry brings over 25 years of operational, financial and strategic experience to Comtrade.

He has demonstrated his mettle as a CFO/COO plying his skills intercontinentally (Germany, Japan, China, the U.S, the U.K.) in a diverse set of industries ( IT Product development, IT Software engineering, on-line tech driven multi-channel, e-commerce and retail, consumer branded products, technology products, devices and network infrastructure) under varied business conditions (start-ups and turn around).

Terry has a proven track record in implementing the appropriate & balanced level of financial reporting, business processes and procedures necessary to guide companies to success.  His core competencies lie in strategic & financial planning, reporting and control, operations, and IT & Divisional GM roles. As a finance/operations executive, he successfully oversaw M&A/divestiture activities in emerging markets and in W. Europe and Asia.  His prior organizational experience includes the Timberland Company - as head of Strategy, Chief Accounting Officer of Honeywell's WAN Division, CFO of HSN's International Operations, CFO/COO of Jupiter Shop Channel Japan, and head of internal audit at Analog Devices, Inc.

One of his first tasks as Group CFO of Comtrade Group was the successful post-acquisition integration of a major software company acquisition of Comtrade Group. The initial performance of the acquisition placed a significant strain on financial performance and overall liquidity. Terry turned the situation around by rationalizing the client base, exiting poorly performing contracts and reorganizing the company.  As a result, the company returned to profitable sales growth while generating positive EBITDA within 18 months of implementing and driving the turn-around plan.

As the CFO/COO of the $1 billion Tokyo based JV of IAC Corp, Liberty Global, Inc. and Sumitomo Corp., Terry was key to reorganizing and developing the finance organization as a business partner with the leadership team, implementing core metrics to measure success and react to adverse trends prior to the trends manifesting themselves as negative financial performance, resulting in successful sales growth at a compounded rate of 32% while increasing profitability by 38%.

Terry also stepped in as CFO/COO of HSE24.de to execute a successful turn-around of this $400 million subsidiary of IAC/HSN, regaining double digit growth, a return to profitability and a significant increase in cash flow within an 18 month period.

Terry holds an MBA from Boston University's Questrom School of Business and a BSBA in Finance/Economics from Suffolk University.

Lohi has been pivotal in leading the marketing, channel and alliances team of the company. As director of Marketing, she drives growth for Comtrade 360 through an innovative go-to-market strategy including demand generation, content, channel marketing, field and events enablement, and public relations.

With over a decade of success as a marketing, and communications executive, Lohi has led go-to-market and communication strategies for tech, startups, women-owned and leasing companies in West Africa, Europe and the United States. Before joining Comtrade 360, she led teams at other leading companies, including C&I Leasing PLC, KJ Energy LTD, Comtrade BV and Comtrade Digital Services. During her tenure as the Head of Global communications at C&I Leasing plc West Africa, her exceptional communications strategy that pitched the business’ unique value proposition to key stakeholders & potential clients, drove business revenue by 2X – from 38% to over 76% of revenues in under 6 months.

She has won several awards and is an advocate for emotional marketing. Her speaking engagements have taken her around renowned conferences and events like TEDex, InOrbit Marketing Conference, Digital Marketing Conference Europe, the Quest for Quality conference, TSWi Annual Conference, etc. She is a mentor with several NGOs, is affiliated with CEED Slovenia, and The Primorski Tehnološki park, Slovenia.

Lohi has an MBA & a master’s degree in business from the IEDC Bled School of Management, Slovenia and a B.Sc. from the University of Port Harcourt. In her free time, you can find Lohi performing afro-jazz and 90s songs at a local concert and empowering the next generation of young women through her NGO.

Craig is a transformational sales leader with a history of driving revenue growth and delivering significant results for early-stage start-ups and enterprise customers across North America and EMEA.

With over a decade’s worth of experience in business and sales, Craig currently serves as the Head of Sales - North America at Comtrade 360 where he strategically plans, develops and implements sales tactics to optimize the business and uncover new opportunities. He is an alumnus of Charmwood Academy (formerly Burleigh Community College, a specialist Sports College) and is passionate about thrill sports, soccer and coaching. He played soccer in the UK and has coached professionally in the US, while holding multiple certifications from national and international soccer associations. His coaching experience has honed his ability to inspire, empower, and guide both teams and clients towards achieving business goals.

He co-hosts the StruggleBubble podcast, discussing a variety of topics and innovative sales strategies.

Aleks brings to bear over two decades of experience in senior project management, team management, R&D management for enterprise products, account and program management for key customers, as well as presales and solutions management. He has a rich expertise in software engineering, delivery, product development, team, project and customer relationship management with a vast experience in assembling and building project teams, while implementing development methodologies.

He is currently the Presales and Solutions Manager at Comtrade 360 where he is transforming the business needs of our clients into tailored technology solutions and services.

Aleks has an MSc in Computer Science and Informatics, he is a certified Scrum Master and Product Owner, and a certified ITIL service manager, with ISO 9001:2008.

As Director of Administration & Accounting at Comtrade 360, Susan brings a strong blend of financial and business expertise stemming from an engineering foundation, and an additional focus of integrating domestic business practices with a watchful eye for global risk management and compliance to the team.

With over two decades in financial management and business administration specific to technology-based companies, she uses her strength in critical thinking and analysis along with a full skill set of in-house financial and business processes, compliance, and risk management to effectively and efficiently support the business.

As a graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology, with an early technical consulting career at BBN Technologies, her problem-solving skills evolved into primary tools in all future business functions.  Susan’s business literacy and acumen alongside a strong understanding of emerging market strategy stems from being a former business owner, the company of which was successfully sold. She particularly enjoys the challenge of taking a company from concept to successful implementation, the continued challenge to remain agile in the business framework to accommodate growth, as well as changing industry and strategic needs.

Susan is a long-time active member of the CFO Leadership Council. She has served on its Steering Committee, as moderator and as contributing expert to specific programs.
